An international company with modern offices in Brno is looking for new team members of Customer Care department for US market.
As a Customer Care Agent you will provide a technical customer support for US customers over phone - helping customers, answering enquiries, troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and checking the invoices.
Full training is provided. Previous experiences are not required, but welcomed.

- Fluency in English
- Experience with customer support and/or technical background is an advantage
- Communicative, patient and customer-oriented individual with enthusiasm for technology and problems solving
- Ability to work in multinational environment
