For large international company we are looking for candidates to fill the role ,,Sales Competence Development Manager". Are you natural couch/trainer? Strong in competence development? Experienced Salesperson familiar with Project management? Prepare yourself - we are hiring!
Deliver and run the training programs for sales and sales management teams around the world (cca 900 people)
Understand and align with the division targets while developing the training portfolio
Perform in regular basis training capacity planning focused in the business targets and needs
Define the required competence per sales and management role (spare parts sales, internal sales, external sales, sales manager, product manager, etc) as well as the proper training required
Manage the competence gap analysis and coordinate and proactively assist the different our companies abroad
Engage Customer Centers and all involved people on the training plan calendar
Develop KPIs and methodologies to evaluate the training results
Develop and manage inside and outside training partners based on the training demand
Implement and run the Train the Trainer sessions for specific trainings and programs
Investigate and implement new trainings while seeking for potential benefits to business
Optimize the trainings and training programs implementation in a cost-efficient way
Commit with the HR training KPIs ensuring participants attendance and training feedback
Develop a methodology to ensure implementation after-training as well as the follow up
