Job description:
* support service delivery management team
* managing Service Level Agreement documents
* ensure compliance with the service level management process
* prepare presentations for service performance reviews with customers
* analyze incident and support request trends
* analyze customers’ feedback
* reporting


Longterm cooperation for 20-30 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 (near Chodov metro station)

Salary: 150 CZK/hour

Požadujeme

* University student
* fluent English (both verbal and written)
* advanced knowledge of MS Office
* presentation and organization skills
* good communication skills (communication with managers)
* self-driven (able to organize own schedule, priorities, tasks, goals)
* flexibility
