We are looking for a suitable candidate for the international company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- support to customers by answering their queries
- troubleshooting and solving of logistic issues
- placing orders in ERP system
Location: Prague 9/home office
Start: July – August 2021
Working time: 20 hours/week
You are an ideal candidate if you:
- study a university
- have advanced knowledge of English,
- speak German which is a great advantage
- are a communicative and detail-oriented person
- have customer service mindset
- have min. 1-year experience from administration
