Do you speak Polish? Are you experienced in IT or do you have IT background?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assists all corporate and remote users with technical issues (HW, SW, conectivity etc.)
- Provides first level end-user support
- Provide desk side or remote assistance
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: February 2021
Working time: 40 hours/week
