We are looking for a new colleague for a newly opened branch in Prague.
You will be responsible for:
- data cleansing requests via tickets
- reviewing and governing data queries
- monitoring data usage to assist power users
- 2nd Level support for data related inquiries
- support for business with data governance (GDPR)
- creation of views, reports and dashboards
- translations
- maintenance of training material on sharepoint site
Start: Immediately
Lenght of contract: 3 months with the possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 8 - Palmovka
Požadujeme
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of Excel and standard online tools
- Good understanding of customer data and related processes
- Previous work with CRM or relevant work experience with customer data management is beneficial
- Results-oriented, diligent personality
- Independent way of working
- Willingness to learn
