As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Administrates employment document templates
- Consulting of local owner with regards to technical capabilities in system
- Approval governance and exceptions handling for document template changes
- Communication with management, other stakeholders involved
- Provide support to the HR Business Partnering team
- Raise meeting requests, ensure support during team meetings (connection, meeting minutes)
Start date: ASAP

- Upper-intermediate/fluent English for communication with HR Business Partners and management
- Experience from administration from international environment is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - preparation of presentations, revision of documents, reports etc.
