- Ensure shop performance targets (safety, volume, quality) are met during shifts.
- Coach and support Supervisors and teams to achieve goals.
- Optimize production system efficiency.
- Manage real-time priorities and act as a key contact for management.
- Plan activities, manage staffing, and resolve personnel issues.
- Train, coach, and develop team members for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze team performance and time management.
- Encourage problem-solving and implement improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
- Lead lean process efforts to minimize waste and boost efficiency.
