Customer service manager with German will be responsible for:

* Portfolio of assigned clients
* Processing of their orders in SAP
* Resolution of their queries and troubleshooting
* Related administrative tasks
* Reporting
* Communication within internal teams as well as with stakeholders

Contract: 1 year
Start: immediately
Location: Prague 3

Požadujeme

* Previous experience from client care
* English and Italian min. B2+ in both oral and spoken form
* Perfect communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Professional attitude
