Job: Purchasing Agent with Polish – Procurement - Global position
Languages: Polish and English
Location: Prague (close to the center of Prague).
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to client employees on all aspects of the end-to-end source-to-pay processes.
- Actively communicating and building relationships with clients via email and phone.
- Managing the creation, modification, and overall maintenance of supplier records.
- Processing spot buys.
- Managing the entire process from purchase request to purchase order and payment.
Požadujeme
- Proficiency in English and Polish, at least at a B2+ level.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Enjoy B2B level communication.
- Strong organizational skills and adept at time management.
