In the Client Care role with Polish you will be responsible for:
* Addressing customers´ queries on products
* Providing support withing troubleshooting customers´ problems and taking their orders
* Preparation of correspondence and fullfillment of customers´ needs to ensure their satisfaction
* Related administrative tasks
Contract: 1 year with a possibility of prolongation
Start: August 2024
Location: Prague 3
Požadujeme
* Previous experience from the same or similar position
* English and Polish min. B2+ in both oral and spoken form
* Perfect communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Professional attitude
