Požadujeme
✅ Reside in the Czech Republic or be open to relocate
✅ Proficient communication skills in German and advanced English
✅ Previous experience in client care, customer support, etc., is an advantage
✅ Exhibit time flexibility and the capability to work in various shifts, including weekends
✅ Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and maintain a professional approach to work
✅ Attend onsite training in Brno for either 6 or 10 weeks (depending on whether you choose office or remote work – accommodation is provided)
