Country Sales Manager Czechia/Slovakia/Hungary

For our client, the fastest growing global off- highway tire manufacturer for the last decade, who is expanding into new segments, we are searching for a Country Sales Manager. The position is a senior role in the sales team, cooperating closely with the Head of Sales of the Region. Main components in this role will be key account distribution management and strategic segment development. You will contribute to the overall growth of the organization by identifying and implementing a strategy to penetrate key accounts in the CZ/HU/SK Region. Also, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with the existing distributor/channels together with your team. While located in the Region (home office anywhere within CZ/SK), you will be on the road more than 50% of your time visiting distributors and dealers with regular travels to the European Headquarters.

Main tasks:

- Distribution key account management and business development
- Responsible for sales planning and sales forecasting for the Region
- Identify and analyze sales opportunities for the business in the Region
- Overall accountability to deliver sales revenue targets for different product lines
- Ensures channel effectiveness per territory and evaluate performance
- Works closely with the distributors and channel partners to build strong relationships and improve per channel partner revenues
- Identifies prospects and new channel partners to further enhance the distribution channel
- Ensures total satisfaction through the life cycle of all relationships
- Interfaces with Product Management, Pricing and Marketing to provide customer feedback on product performance and recommend pricing programs to remain competitive in the market

Požadujeme

- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any related commercial or technical field
- Relevant experience; a minimum of 10 years sales experience
- Affinity with automotive, truck, agriculture or industrial machinery
- Must have experience with distribution channels in an international environment
- Off highway tire or industrial machinery knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Able to communicate in English (an additional language is a plus)
- Willing to travel throughout the region for more than 50% of the time
