Pracovní náplň
Your tasks will be:
- Lead and manage the teams belonging to the divisions „Cloud Applications“ and „Central Digital Functions“
- Manage and develop the extension and integration of the teams into the digital matrix organization
- Collaborate with senior management to develop the digital strategy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all relevant management counterparts for Cloud - Applications and Central Digital Functions
- Collaborate with external partners and developing on-going strategies
- Provide resource and team planning together with digital Resource Responsible
- Recruitment of new talents and specialists
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AWS and .NET technologies, and share knowledge with the teams
- Quality and safety assurance of the Operations Console
- Represent Digital.Hub project to universities
- Contribute, if possible, to the team’s projects
Požadujeme
Your profile:
- Experience: in software development and in leading and managing software development teams
- Required skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure
- Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (C1 Level)
- Education: University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science or a comparable field
- Qualifications: Knowledge of cloud technologies, e.g. AWS services, such as IoT, S3, Lambda, SQS and API Gateway, and programming with e.g. TypeScript, Python and React
- Travel: Regular business trips to Prague office and Germany
