- Guiding SW development teams on the application of state-of-the-art practices in the context of safety-critical SW development, mainly but not only for one car brand.
- Coauthoring application SW safety concepts in close collaboration with the partners responsible for the overall control unit, basis SW and HW.
- Moderating SW safety analysis and reviews of the SW architecture with the SW development teams.
Supporting and reviewing project documentation to comply with safety standards like ISO 26262 or IEC 61508.
- Multiple technologies in scope of this position: top-class chassis systems. e-mobility systems, active aerodynamics, driver assistance systems and highly automated driving systems.
- Defining and improving guidelines, methodologies, toolchains (DevOps) and processes on both company and project level.
- Training colleagues in different teams, projects, technologies and locations, intensive networking. Supervision of junior colleagues.
Požadujeme
Best fit for the position
- Seniority in Software Engineering (design, architecture, programming, testing, etc.) in classical or model-based development approach.
- Interest in guiding teams instead of coding.
- Fluent in English or German.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to extend the knowledge to various domains incl. high performance systems and highly autonomous driving.
- Willing to work in a proactive and ambitious international team
- Experience with failure analysis methodologies, e.g., HARA, HAZOP, FMEA, FTA.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the field of automotive systems.
- Experience or knowledge of ISO 26262 or IEC 61508 or DO178-C.
- Experience with software quality management (e.g., Automotive SPICE, CMMI).
