We are looking for a new addition to our team for the position of Infrastructure Specialist Junior. What will you do?
* Provide first response technical support for end user connectivity, services and hardware issues
* Identify technical issues and escalate to appropriate resources
* Perform hardware and software installation using established network imaging technology
* Develop/maintain desktop and network support documentation and operating procedures
* Perform troubleshooting for all kind of IT related problems, physically or remotely
* Maintain inventory of desktop and network hardware and software
* Maintain all information in a confidential manner
* Other duties as assigned
