As a Human Resources Analyst, your daily responsibilities will be:
- Provide training on HR business processes or functions
- Support the business cycle and program of the company
- Take part in the planning of progress and client acknowledgment testing exercises for new turns of events
- Updating global training materials
- Represent and organize operational queries
- Being involved in HR projects
- Actively participate in the weekly gatherings
Požadujeme
- Previous experience with designing and delivery processes
- Strong command of English (minimum B2+)
- Experience with finishing demanding projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility and creative mind
- Having an interest in the IT field
