Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing hiring and sourcing activities for international clients
- Analyzing and researching job markets of assigned regions
- Communication and maintaining relationships with HR managers and recruiters of client companies
- Advise and consult with hiring managers regarding market trends, recruiting issues and company policies, and procedures
- 1+ years of experience from Human Resources or Recruitment
- Advanced level of English – You will be communicating in English daily in both spoken and written form
- Remarkable interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Some experience with client management
- Advanced level of French OR Hungarian is a plus
