Our client, a big and stable international company is looking for a new employee, Automation Coordinator - supplier onboarding. Do not miss this chance if you are interested to become part of a multicultural environment.

Main tasks:

- Coordinating of supplier onboarding activities between operational onboarding team and strategic departments
- Supporting and identificating in selection of suppliers for onboarding
- Collecting and organizing buyer and supplier training requirements
- Ensuring defined onboarding schedule
- Handling of onboarding escalation process
- Tracking onboarding status, clarification with the project team, SCM governance in case of risks
- Coordinating of implementation of supporting tools


- Fluent English (German is an advantage)
- Great communication skills
- Customer-oriented person
- Basics knowledge of EDI system
- Experiecne within P2P and procurement processes
