As the RTR Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Managing the German accounting team of seven people, mentoring and motivating them
- Supporting more than 6 DACH entities
- Ensuring the compliance with IFRS rules in SLA frame with the local site
- Supporting the Accounting Manager
- Oversee accounting processes
- Closing activities
- Reporting
- Participating in a transition process from Germany
- Cooperation with auditors and other departments
