You will be responsible for:
- Providing 1st/2nd level technical support and troubleshooting
- Access management, users management, service request management
- Supporting clients via phone or email in order to solve their queries
- end-users trainings
- Communication and cooperation with other team members, colleagues
You can choose, if you prefer full time or freelance cooperation
Only regular working hours, NO SHIFTS :)
