What you will do:
* Responsible for managing brand flagship stores, customer call center as well as managing third party logistics partners.
* In charge of staff training and general operations in the stores.
* Responsible for shelf solutions and merchandising.
* In charge of fulfilling all online consumer orders through third party logistics partners.
* Be point of contact for the call center for all operation matters to ensure correct communication by agents to customers.
* Handling of budget and monitoring of spending.
* Establish close working relationships with marketing and sales to ensure success.
* Work closely with brand managers to be in line with brand communication.
