* watch your herd of cows (customer platforms) and catch incidents coming from the prairie
* rather loose off all available bullets to hit the quickest and most effective solutions
* take SLAs as 10 commandments of your work (but don't be craven - it is less then 10 HA!)
* don't forget to keep customers informed how the hurt cow is doing
* be overlooking the prairie in general to check health of your cows and avoid potential danger (bandits and coyotees never sleep)
