Responsibilities:
* cross product customer support and system recovery
* log files analysis to be able to identify problem and resolve it
* diagnosis of inter working issues and third party issues
* own and fight with customer requests ensuring SLAs are met
* Propose, review, approve and implement changes on supported systems
* Raising ideas of product/process improvements to product management
