Another opportunity to join new EMEA Support Center in Prague. Now we’re looking for senior Business Process Analyst for 12 month contract!
You will become a key role in our internal team ensuring every processes are defined the way it should be by building a successful support framework, by working with IT teams to design requests for our service catalog with global fulfillment workflow, designed to ensure consistent service delivery.
Your task will be to gathering enough information to understand current state, working with teams to design drive out new, global, processes, identifying where policies need to be defined to support consistency, and understanding ServiceNow capabilities that can be leveraged to support the final process design.
