American company specializes in producing state-of-the-art memory devices and with a long history in the electronics industry is expanding in Prague. Therefore they need to find an experienced Sales Operations Director whose role will be to work on strategy of the team of EMEA and to be in charge of sales operating functions.
As Sales Operations Director you will be part of the EMEA leadership team and you will be responsible for:
- Managing the organization and development of the EMEA sales operations team (hiring, performance management, training)
- Leading all regional sales operations and supporting team of sales operations managers
- Encouraging positive morale and optimal performance of the team
- Fostering amicable relationships between EMEA Sales team and key departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, Losgistics and HR
- Monitoring team and cross-functional metrics
- Driving revenue attainment based on established sales and business goals
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, practices and values for adoption of best-practices by the team
- Developing improvement methods of all aspects of sales operations (indiviudal and team development, process optimization)
