Your Responsibilities as an SSC Lead:
- Develop and implement strategic plan for the shared service centre within the strategic company´s objectives
- Develop and foster a customer-centric, service oriented culture
- Maintain responsibility for the overall service delivery for the centre (KPIs/SLAs), ensure service delivery meets or exceeds agreed SLA
- General management and set-up of the SSC site facilities, recruitment, team capability development, resource planning, performance management
- Optimize transactional processing efficiencies, drive service innovation
- Drive Cost Down – through process efficiency, effectiveness and automation
- Identify, implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
