This job is a great combination between CUSTOMER SERVICE and ADMINISTRATION. You will be assigned to a portfolio of clients and will communicate with them on daily basis, bring them all types of support and keep/develop a great relationship with them.
Your new role will include:
* Taking care of an assigned portfolio of customers (B2B)
* Assist customers with how-to’s, help them solve technical issues
* Handling customer service inquiries and issues via telephone and/or email
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
* Advising customers regarding order entry, logistics, delivery, and technical support of either products, websites or others
* Supporting the customer during the entire process until problem solved/product/ service delivered
* Maintaining and managing relationships with them
* Solving possible issues and giving an advice if needed
