* Processing all orders that arrive and making sure that every order that is processed meets internal regulations
* Resolving any invoice queries in a timely manner
* Maintaining customers´ account files and keeping all the information up to date
* Cooperating with internal and external parties including distributors
* Answering all the queries from the customers related to the orders, quoting prices and delivery dates, checking stock and expediting information
* Keeping the database up to date by entering orders, credits, etc.
* Administering all customer orders correctly and in adherence to Order Administration policies and procedures
* Close cooperation with Customer service department, the Replenishment team, other Supply chain teams to understand their business needs
* Performing ad-hoc analysis and communicating results to stakeholders
