We are looking for an experienced Employee Talent Acquisition and Enablement Supervisor to join an international fast paced environment – Human Resources Shared Services. You will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations - knowledge management, case management, quality customer service, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs), and successful leadership delivering effective and efficient operations. Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- Defining the recruitment and development strategy - proactively manage workflow, staffing and schedules
- Conducting new employee orientation program
- Provide coaching and assist with the development and execution of corrective actions and developmental action plans
- Provide support to the Team functional specialists, including escalation to senior leadership requests or cases that are exceptions to policy or standardized practices - Investigate, assess and recommend solutions to employee queries
- Sustain employee governance – weekly and monthly meetings with employees, management and clients
- Interpreting and advising on Company policies and procedures for employees and managers
- Leverage standardized global processes, tools, and technologies to ensure quality service
