Pracovní náplň
As an HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the following:
* New hire documentation and checklists, create employee records
* Support hiring and leaving plan processes
* Manage relationships with third party recruitment partners
* Cooperate with payroll and benefit dept.
* Issue onboarding documentation
* Maintain and administer employment changes (promotions, salary raises, change in personal data, changes in employment and employee circumstances for pension and healthcare programs, etc.)
* Maintain absence records and leave programs (sickness absence, vacations, maternity and paternity, and other leave)
* Provide reports for managers and HR Business Partners
* Training & development administration (coordination of courses, programs, participants, logistics)
