Apply for a position of a SENIOR CASH COLLECTOR WITH FRENCH and become involved with the following activities:
* Managing of the day to day cash collection duties
* Conducting regular suspense account and customer account reconciliations
* Participating in customer dispute management, review and follow up on high value unresolved disputes
* Creating and monitoring aging reports.
* Maintaining accurate records about the customer payment status.
* Issuing dunning letters to overdue accounts.
* Issuing pre-statements for invoices that become due.
* Performing reconciliation of customer accounts and proposing items for clearing.
