RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking enquiries from customers via phone, e-mail or social media.
- Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- SHERLOCK part - Investigating and resolving customer's problems.
- Taking care of the customers’ needs and developing positive relationships with customers – helping with creating positive brand.
- Advising customers through in-depth knowledge of company´s products and services.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Other office tasks.
