As an "Administrative Support & Facility Office Coordinator" you will be responsible for:

* Effective running of the office and providing an important support to the company management team
* Managing office services, arranging business trips and maintains good relationships with stakeholders
* Arranging repairs and office adjustments if needed
* Participate on the office design (supplies of stationery, office equipment etc.)
* Act as a main point of contact for suppliers (negotiating deals, ensuring to get the contracted services etc.)
* Managing business trip arrangements (transportation, accommodation, airport transfers, car rental, communicate with travel agency, arrangements of special events etc.)
* Administer and update Health and Safety Agenda (keep updated procedures, policies)
* Maintain record of staff attendance and working hours
* Deal with incoming and out-coming mail and parcels (organize and sort)
