Pracovní náplň
We are looking for a suitable candidate for Vendor Management Specialist (VMS) position, who will be responsible for facilitating the hiring process of contract employees and managing relationships between the hiring managers and the approved vendors. You will sit on-site in the office of our client - international pharmaceutical company.
Your main responsibilities will be (not limited to):
* Requisition Creation and Order fulfillment:
- Manage new Job Postings – review/qualify, distribute in system, shortlist, facilitate skills validations, obtain feedback from manager and provide to suppliers
- Assist hiring manager in creating requisition and enter into VMS tool.
* Client, Program and Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with suppliers/agencies/recruiters; ensuring they have necessary information to source for open roles
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met
- Maintain programme documentation & updates
* Technology Support
- Develop strong knowledge of VMS technology.
- Receive Data Analysts Reports and ensure appropriate action is taken
Location: Prague 8 - Karlín
Assignment for undefinite period, full time contract - 40 hours/week
Salary: 38 000 - 42 000 CZK/m (based on experience)
