Pracovní náplň

- Active in market to find new customers, new applications, new segments: business development will be the main activity
- Be responsible for the sales management process at account level : constant contacts with customers to get feedback, understand market positioning; Check RfQ customers feedback. New requirements, projects / Adapt pricing groups and items availability in eShop+ / Leads management on website / Qualitative adequacy sales performance and culture (sales/result orientation, customer-driven culture, finance, etc) , negotiation ability to manage contracts/spot sales
- Fully accountable for driving annual revenue, profitability estimates to achieve the desired results at unit level
- Full align about what Aperam can offer to our customer (products / services) and know competitors offers and related Aperam competitive advantages / drawbacks
- Monitoring the market to identify business trends and competitive sales and marketing activities
- Drives the price activity
- Responsible to manage Customer needs/satisfaction / Implementation of customer partnerships (co-developments, EDIs, etc) / Optimized value chain management (final customers / distributors / 1st transformation / prescriptors);
- Able to find in piles of complex data meaningful correlations to solve the needs of the customers and drive business.
