Description:
Covering a cluster of countries/partners, this role supports Regional Sales teams to deliver Volume, NSR, EBIT & FCF growth through outstanding partner management. Is the first point of contact for partners for commercial matters (marketing materials, forecasts, BME tracking and collection of other contractual management information, ad hoc supply issues). Supports Regional Sales teams in development of joint business plans to build & execute our brands in market for the long term sustainable growth for EL and our partners as appropriate. Fosters excellent communication links that build trusting relationships to bring to life our brands in a compelling way for distributors, retailers and consumers. Customers would be managed primarily remotely by phone and email.

Deliver Volume, NSR, EBIT & FCF growth through outstanding partner management. Provides relevant marketing materials & shares best practice across the region from other markets; supports the partner in delivery & execution of agreed sales & promotional plans.
" AOP
Contributes to the development & execution of an agreed Annual Operating Plan in cooperation with Regional Sales teams, focusing on brand distribution & ROS to maximize our potential in market. Will occasionally evaluate investments to maximize ROI (where projects clear a defined hurdle rate), and propose them to the Regional Sales team for approval. Engages in regular calls
