Within the team, you will be supporting customers with the high and professional level of service. You will be dealing with issues such as orders, refunds, e-shop products, etc. via phone or email. Regarding the technical issues and various types of tech support, you will be provided with full onboarding training, so fear not – this is a great opportunity even for fresh graduates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing customers with product support regarding delivery, e-shop, gift cards, benefits…
- Dealing with the return/ exchange of products
- Checking payment transactions
- Troubleshooting of users’ account issues ( various IT issues )
- Assisting the supervisor with ad hoc duties and customer requests
