As part of the Technical Support team, you will provide a high level of technical support via email and telephone; troubleshooting problems using remote control applications, products and vendors. You'll document and escalate problems as required, and participate in a number of internal projects.
This isn't a call centre position, but a dedicated business-to-business service centre, asissting clients in the field of printing, data collection and mobile computing technologies.
