Enrolment team is part of Global IT Security Team based in Brno.
We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of Enrolment officer and provide support provisioning activities to all end users of key European systems. Enrolment officer has the following responsibilities:
- creates and manages accounts (mainly in MS Active Directory, SAP and Oracle)
- manages changes, provides additional accesses and ensures user data quality
- responds to work requests for technical support and performs pro-active monitoring of systems through appropriate tools
- documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely and most cost efficient resolution
