Pracovní náplň
- close cooperation with internal and external partners (auditors, tax advisors, local authorities, other departments of the company and others)
- follow up financial KPI, proposals of improvements and implementation
- month end closing – recording of transactions according to the monthly closing checklist
- year end closing – recording of transactions according to the year closing checklist
- financial and regulatory reporting - Prepare financial reports and financial statements such as the profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow, different regulatory reports and filings – Make analysis and in cooperation with MD draw the action plan
- build the yearly budget and monthly follow up
- evaluate performance of our operations in cooperation with operation manager and MD.
- recording of the financial records of the employees´ salaries, bonuses and advances
- cooperate with external company for salaries a nd attendance.
- ensures process documentation is up to date, Process Maps, Work Step docs, Manuals
- ensures compliance with group policies, IFRS and local accounting standards, GS-CZ standards and SLA’s
- performing general and cost accounting activities
- supervise accountant
