- Business analysis and sales process insights through data mining enabling sales efficiency
- Data analysis and insights identifying service business opportunities improving sales effectiveness
- Design the sales plays and sales leads as well as support their implementation by the sales team
- Generate and maintain a dynamic priority call list based on analytics and accounts score relevance
- Support sales manager applying data mining to create sales process and sales playbooks
- Manage and control systems and data information defining quantity, quality and frequency required - work in close cooperation with the Data team to develop sales scripts and processes
- Collaborate with the Service Analyst combining market research and installed base data
- Implement data analytics that will guarantee sales team is speaking to the right customer at the right time about the right thing
- Work close with the Sales team analyzing results and feedback to implement any adjustment needed
