Pracovní náplň

- overall responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned Region
- establish Orders Received budgets and forecasts for the assigned Region based on identified market opportunities
- develop and maintain customer relations in relevant companies
- develop client analyses, competitive analyses, winning strategies and action plans for all A-projects and ensure strategy implementation
- support the sales process and ensure compliance with given negotiation mandates
- manage negotiations with customers and partners
- prepare and execute customer workshops
- represent in internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, workshops, etc.
- lead and develop the competence of the dealers, including management and motivation
- contribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.)
- identify and report on regional-specific market trends and ensure that project data are maintained and up-dated on a regular basis
