Main responsibilities:
- support of HR manager
- deal with all HR database maintenance and changes (addresses, promotions, salaries, titles, benefits etc.)
- payroll related activities (maintain of abscence records, sick leaves, vacations, maternity etc.)
- compensation and benefits support for all countires including insurance schemes, annual bonus administration and others.
- hiring activities (job postings, communication with recruitment partners, coordination of selection processes, interview schedules etc.)
- HR reporting (maintenance of HR data)
Workload 30-40 hours per week
Contract for 3 months with possibility of extension
