On the position of HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICE DESK your main responsibilities will be:
- manage and supervise a small team of 6-7 employees
- ensure that the team members share expertise on trade, cash and loan issues
- support and advise other emplyees when dealing with client´s daily requests
- prepare reports on time
- lead meetings with key stakeholders
- manage client on-boarding process and account opening (cash, trade, or loan activities)
