We are looking for people for the position BACK OFFICE Transportation professional ENGLISH.
Your main responsibilities will be:
*Daily Administration of the supplier contracts and ensuring accuracy of supplier documentation
*Handles all invoice - related activities after deliveries done by 3rd Party supplier
*Monitoring of 3rd Party performance
*Identifies issues to management and documentation and On Time Payment performance
*Follow up with 3rd party suppliers/carriers to ensure MDR's are obtained in a timely manner
*Cooperation with internal departments and with external 3rd Party contacts
Location: Prague 3
Start: 1.7.2016
Wroking time: FULL TIME for 3 months
