We are now seeking for HR&GA MANAGER for our plant based in Žatec :
Role Overview
To plan, organize and coordinate overall HR & GA activities throughout company
To develop and maintain all procedures and policies in line with Czech law requirements and company philosophy
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Supervising and Managing overall HR issues
Responsibility for Recruitment processes, Manpower planning including budgeting
Responsibility for Performance Management, Training and Development and Succession Planning processes
Supervising of Payroll process to follow Czech labour law
Responsibility for GA activities such as facility management (security, inside outside cleaning, canteen), company cars, mobile phones
Internal and external company communication ensuring building of company culture, environment and image
Participate in European HR matters and work in line with HR policies & procedures implemented globally as well as on behalf of European HR group
Responsibility for Health & Safety and Environment ( ISO 14001 representative)
