Pracovní náplň
We are looking for skilled manager for our small plant (40 employees) near Louny. You will:
* provide leadership in a hands on capacity
* work closely with Quality personnel, Environmental Health and Finance
* ensure scrap and waste meetings, also quality cost meetings
* review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments
* coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel
* monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
* maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program
* develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets
* encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment
* remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals
* coordinate the relationship with workforce employees and negotiate contracts as needed.
* manage regulatory and legal compliance at local level
