What will be your job?
Provide excellent support to our partners so BtoB and to customers so BtoC
Communicate with our clients and partners through multiple channels (phone, email, chat etc.)
Collect documents and information from our partners & customers in order for their cases to proceed.
Translating our blog and web pages and overall improve the SEO. If you feel strong, you get an opportunity to write as well the articles.
Generally be a part of a team of young professionals.
