Pracovní náplň
-Direct support to the BU managers and staff
-Define and ensure the relevancy of the training plan according to the BU needs, connected to the Master Plans / Daily Management
- Lead the Lean road map (Lean activities issued from the Master Plans)
- Facilitate Lean and Kaizen workshops
TRAINING TO LEAN SYSTEM
- BU Managers and staff (and BU General Manager according to the Lean Manager’s own skills), Lean Coordinators
Check the right application of the trainings
- Manage the Lean board to monitor performance, process indicators & savings
Oversee synthetic reports (creation, updates, completion) and write any Lean related standards
- Summarize BU Lean activities in reports according to standards
- Formalize BU good practices and support the internal implementation of relevant practices
- Give appropriate feedback on Group Lean standards and procedures to continuously improve them
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Min. 10 years experience in Kaizen or Lean department
- Experience in aerospace industry
PERSONAL AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
He/she possesses strong relational skills:
-Capacity to facilitate multidisciplinary groups
- Leadership to make actions done and get workshops completed as scheduled
- Strong self motivation
